Palestinian baby killed, parents hurt in Israeli shooting in West Bank, Palestinian health officials say

Israeli troops shot at a car in the occupied West Bank, killing a seven-month-old Palestinian baby and wounding his parents, the Palestinian Health Ministry said. The Israeli military said soldiers shot at a vehicle perceived to be accelerating toward them, and an initial inquiry found occupants were uninvolved civilians.
