The Cuban government is reporting that four people were killed in a shootout with a small vessel off the coast of Cuba Wednesday. The Cuban Ministry of the Interior said in a statement that people on a boat originating from the United States, with a Florida licence plate, fired on Cuban Border Guard members, injuring the commander of a Cuban vessel.
