Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Aimia will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("the Meeting") on May 13, 2026 in Toronto. Shareholders will be asked to vote on a number of items including the election of directors. Management nominees consist of: Rhys Summerton, Robert Feingold, Steve Leonard, Thomas Little, and Muhammad Asif Seemab.
