MISSISSAUGA, ON, Jan. 15, 2026 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of $0.06583 per unit for the month of January 2026. The distribution will be payable on February 13, 2026 to unitholders of record as at January 30, 2026.
