("Silvercorp" or the "Company") (TSX: SVM) (NYSE American: SVM) (the "Company") today announced that it has filed a base shelf prospectus dated September 4, 2025 (the "Base Shelf Prospectus") with the securities commissions in all of the provinces and territories of Canada, relying on the well-known seasoned issuer exemption. A corresponding registration statement on Form F-10 has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (the "Registration Statement"), and has become effective under the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System.
