Local programs strengthen support systems for residents in Los Angeles, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Net, one of California's most experienced Medi-Cal managed care health plans and a company of Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC), recently announced it awarded $295,000 in grants to organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults. "As we age, our health journeys naturally change. "That's why it's so important to ensure older adults have access to care, preventive tools, and supportive community programs—because when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, they can live with greater independence and dignity."
