CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.31 Per Share

HILLSDALE, Mich., June 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.31 per share, an increase of $0.02 per share from the dividend paid for the 2^nd Quarter of 2024, payable on July 11, 2025 for shareholders of record on June 30, 2025.
