Cancellation of treasury shares and capital reduction
Disclosure of Share Capital and Voting Rights
The Management of TOUAX SCA, acting under the authorization granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of June 12, 2025 pursuant to Article L.22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code, decided on May 5, 2026 to cancel 29,077 treasury shares.
This transaction results in a reduction of the share capital by a nominal amount of €232,616, reducing the share capital of TOUAX SCA from €56,092,376 to €55,859,760, now divided into 6,982,470 shares with a par value of €8 each.
The articles of association have been amended accordingly. The registration formalities with the Trade and Companies Register have been completed.
