(Nasdaq: TARA), a clinical-stage company developing transformative therapies for the treatment of cancer and rare diseases, today announced that the Company has been added as a member of the broad-market Russell 3000® Index as part of the annual reconstitution, effective at the open of U.S. equity markets today, June 30, 2025.

The annual Russell US Indexes reconstitution captures the 4,000 largest US. stocks as of Tuesday, April 30, 2025 ranking them by market capitalization. According to the data as of the end of June 2024, about $10.6 trillion assets are benchmarked against the Russell US Indexes, which belong to FTSE Russell, the global index provider.
