Tempo AI dynamically curates music tailored to guest preferences, real-time hotel ambiance, and W 's distinctive brand identity. This innovative approach transforms hotel music from static playlists to responsive, interactive soundscapes, enhancing emotional connections and deepening guest engagement.

Tempo 's AI-driven platform continuously adapts playlists based on factors such as space, time of day, foot traffic, and guest input. Upon check-in, guests specify musical preferences via the Tempo app, influencing music played in hotel areas, from lobbies and cocktail bars to the rooftop pool, ensuring each moment feels personalized and vibrant. Guests depart with individualized playlists, extending their experience beyond their stay.
