Project Development Engineers
As project development engineer, National Accounts, Coleman Hogan drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding key accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. In this role, he develops and executes account strategies that align with customer needs while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams. Hogan brings more than two decades of experience driving growth in industries ranging from oil and gas to civil construction, and a passion for fostering strategic partnerships and delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. Hogan also served seven years in the military, including an appointment to the United Nations Command - an experience that has helped sharpen his leadership, discipline, and critical thinking skills.
As a project development engineer in New York, John Foltsworks closely with clients to identify needs and develop tailored solutions. Folts manages key accounts across the New York region, conducts negotiations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. He has more than 14 years of geotechnical consulting experience and 17 years in sales engineering, with a focus on GeoSythentics and Retaining walls.
A project development engineer in Indiana, Shawn Marcum oversees the planning and execution of engineering projects across the region, ensuring they meet client specifications and project goals. He works closely with internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently, manage resources, and oversee project timelines. As principal engineer, in Colorado, Thomas Pannell serves as both a technical leader and mentor, guiding a team of engineers to deliver elegant designs, accurate estimations, and exceptional client service. He is responsible for overseeing all engineering and estimating activities across the region, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Pannell has spent the last 15 years working in land development, building expertise in site planning and infrastructure design. Throughout his career, he has managed complex land development projects, as well as overseeing teams to ensure project success and maintain client satisfaction.
As estimating manager, Marshal Snead leads the company 's national estimating strategy, and oversees the proposal team to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive estimates. In this role, he integrates technical expertise with strategic pricing, field insight, and client objectives to ensure both successful proposal outcomes and strong field performance.
