US Researchers Develop Blockchain Protocol To Stop Counterfeit Pharma Sales
Researchers of Portland State University or PSU in the United States developed a blockchain protocol to prevent counterfeit pharmaceuticals. PSU researcher Nirupama Bulusu together with PSU computer science doctoral student Naif Alzahrani published the blockchain protocol. In the protocol, blockchain would record transactions in a more secure way that would help curb fake pharmaceuticals.
